Canada Visa Requirements
General Requirements
- Duly accomplished and signed application form – IMM5257 (must be fully completed, dated and signed. You must answer every question. If not applicable, write N/A)
- Duly accomplished family information form – IMM 5707
- Duly accomplished document check list -IMM 5484
- Two passport sized colored picture (white background)
- Original valid passport (6 months valid) and old passport within 10 years
- Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average daily balance).
- Original bank statement or certified true copy of passbook for the last 6 months
- Any additional relevant documentation (last 2 pay slips, property titles, proof of pension, investments, etc.)
- Copy of recent personal income tax return
- Hotel booking confirmation
- Roundtrip airline ticket reservation
- Detailed itinerary during your trip
Additional Requirements
Employees
- Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, landline numbers and e-mail address)
- Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if professional)
- Copy of company ID
Businessmen
- Copy of business registration from DTI or SEC
- Copy of business permit and mayor’s permit
- Copy of PSA marriage contract (If travelling with spouse)
Students/Minors
- Original school certification
- Copy of school ID
- Copy of PSA birth certificate (If travelling with immediate family)
- Copy of parent’s documents,original bank certificate, original COE or business documents
- Affidavit of consent from the non-accompanying parent(s) or legal guardian (if travelling with only one parent or without parents)
Retiree
- Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents
- Copy of PSA marriage contract (If travelling with spouse)
Foreign Nationals
- Copy of i-card
If company will shoulder trip
- Letter of guarantee signed by the sponsor
- Copy of guarantor or sponsor’s valid ID
- Original bank certificate of the company
- Copy of business documents and ITR of the company (If employed, company alphalist. If self-employed, receipt from accredited bank of BIR).

You may head directly to our office and submit your documents.
Is personal appearance required?
It depends on what Visa you are applying for. Some application does not require personal appearance.
Do I need to submit my passport?
Yes, you will need to submit your SIGNED, ORIGINAL, VALID PASSPORT. Please also submit old passport with VALID Visa.
My passport is missing/damaged/full.

Do I need to submit original documents?
In most cases, you have to submit original documents, unless indicated that only copy is required.
I am lacking a few additional requirements, will you still accept my documents?
In most cases, we do not accept incomplete requirements. However, if you will still insist that we proceed with your application In spite of the high chance that the embassy will reject/deny this application due to improper/lacking documents, then please request to sign for a waiver so we can proceed.
Do you Guarantee Visa Approval?
Approval or Denial of Visa application is upon the discretion of the Embassy and its consuls.
Can I cancel my visa application, how much refund will I receive?
All visa fees and processing fees are final and non-refundable.
Will you return my documents after application?
Aside from your passport, all documents submitted and accepted by the embassy will not be returned.
How will I receive my passport after visa application?
- If the applicant will receive the passport, please bring valid ID.
- If a representative will receive passport, please bring authorization letter with signature, copy of applicant ID, and representative valid ID.
- You may also opt to receive via courier. The courier/delivery fee is charged to the applicant.
