Cancellations and Refunds

  • In the event of cancellation, service charge is non-refundable.

  • Travelax may charge a cancellation fee for any cancellations made within a certain period of time before the travel date.
  • Cancellation Fees and Penalties, if any, will apply and will be the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Travelax does not hold any liability for denial of entry during immigration process or border control due to any reason whatsoever.
  • Travelax is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to your travel arrangements that are beyond Travelax’s control, including but not limited to denial of entry, force majeure, service disruptions, war, and political or social movements.
  • Travelax is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services.
  • This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory of liability.
